The Audi Q7 has long been an attractive, rich and luxurious full-size SUV, a favorite of several celebrity A-listers and an ideal vehicle for large Indian families who need three-row seats. Over the years, in-cabin technology and features have become more and more exciting, and even the driving experience has become increasingly exciting. In addition to the previous generation petrol TFSi, there was a Turkish diesel powertrain, but after the Volkswagen dieselgate issues, Audi has only offered petrol engines in their entire lineup and this will also be the case with the new Q7.
It’s not a blur and there was nothing to write at home about skill statistics, it worked nicely on each other. As a flagship standard, Audi introduces some of the best engineerings in the Q7 segment, Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive technology brings the best in the world, and adaptive suspension adds that extra bit is always easy for an Indian consumer.
2022 Audi Q7 Facelift Safety, new features, interior
After a significant absence from the Indian market, now in 2022, the Audi Q7 gets a fairly big boost in terms of features without leaving anything out of the excellent driving character. These changes are reflected everywhere, from cosmetic and safety upgrades on the exterior to upgrades of comfort and convenience on the inside. The biggest feature update is the second-tier advanced driver assistance system that provides lane exit warnings and adds steering assistance. This ensures that if you are driving on a road marked with the correct lane and are in a certain lane, the Q7 will automatically prevent the vehicle from moving into a corresponding lane by input injection into the steering wheel.
So even if you get confused and move out of your lane, the Q7 will automatically make sure you were in the right lane. Doing so will cause the reverse rotating force on the steering wheel and a slight buzzing sensation to alert you to changes in driving conditions. Using the cruise control feature you can briefly drive around the Q7 itself, although the car will remind you to take control of the steering wheel soon when it loses contact with it and you need to focus on braking. .
Another big change in the Q7 is the addition of Matrix LED headlamps, previously only available on the A8. The illumination from these is great, but the effect of reducing the illumination on the incoming drivers is what makes them really special. The technology is slowly spreading to other brands and more and more manufacturers are introducing this technology which was first introduced in their cars by Audi.
Another feature added is the parking assistance which allows Q7 to park itself without human intervention. I haven’t tried it yet, but I can be sure that these systems work great, especially for those competing geometrically.

Comfortably, the updated Q7 has got a new B&O 3D sound system, a larger dual MMI interface that looks quite gorgeous, especially the virtual cockpit effect on the MMI screen behind the steering wheel. Not only does this allow you to flip through the screens, but it also allows you to control an insane array of features without having to lift your hand from the steering wheel. The MMI menus on the main screen are quite extensive, and it may take some time to figure out where you need them to map the various functions. Yet it is a fairly simple task and after a few hits and misses, things go hand in hand easily.
You’ll also find an air ionizer and perfume dispenser that refreshes the cabin, an adapted windshield wiper with an integrated washer nozzle, and a sensor-based boot-lid that lets you move your foot under the tailgate in the hope that something will happen. Which offers a wide view of the sky above.
Overall a spectacular cabin area, the lack of physical buttons on the dashboard lends an air of unprecedented sophistication, even for older teens the space with ample room in the third row seems generous and the quality of materials timeless.

2022 Audi Q7 Facelift driving impression
This updated Q7 is powered by the new 3-liter petrol V6 which is also available in Q8. It produces 340PS maximum power with 500Nm of torque and the power delivery from this motor is pure silk. You can cruise smoothly on the highway by quietly ticking the RPM at around 2000rpm with a speed of about 100-120kmph. Kickdowns are also faster than 8-speed automatic, so overtaking is never a problem. All in all, it is a great engine, and it will provide pleasant motoring for hours on end. This engine is combined with a 48V light hybrid system whose main role is to increase efficiency. Selectable drive modes change the steering, engine and throttle responses to provide a different kind of driving experience. You can even get a separate mode
