Benelli has announced that they will launch their new model in India tomorrow. This Benelli TRK 251 model motorcycle is basically an adventure tour. Benelli shared a teaser video of the quarter-liter Turing bike on social media channels before it was officially launched in India.
The Benelli TRK 251 model will be in competition with the Hero Xpulse 200, Royal Enfield Himalayan, and the upcoming KTM 250 Adventure. The design of the Benelli TRK 251 is inspired by the TRK 502, which comes with a more powerful engine and premium features.
The Benelli TRK 251 Adventure Tourer motorcycle will have twin-pod headlights, a digital instrument cluster, a semi-fairing design, a long windscreen, and a step-up seat. The bike’s hardware setup features a USD front fork, rear monoshock suspension, and a single disc brake on each side.
The international version of the Benelli TRK 251 has a 249 cc single cylinder engine. It produces 25.6 bhp of power and 21.2 Nm of torque. The Indian variant of the bike is expected to give similar output. Prices may range from Rs 2.20 lakh to Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom).

Engine
The 2019 Benelli TRK is a high-performance bike with a 249.2 ccm, four-stroke and single-cylinder engine. The engine delivers 24.5 hp of power at 9,500 rpm and 21.2 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The fuel system has double overhead cam / twin cam (DOHC) injection. Wet clutch and chain transmission simplifies overall performance. This engine complies with Euro 4 emissions with catalyst converter and oxygen sensor.
Chassis features
The frame of the Benelli TRK 251 2019 Adventure Bike has trestles in steel tubes that are not only light in weight, but also agile. The suspension system has a front of 41mm inverted-down forks while the rear has a rear swing arm with a central shock absorber. The braking system is optimized to provide the final stopping force.
