Users of older versions of the browser may have problems with the release of new updates to Google Chrome. Of course, those who have not updated Google Chrome on their computer for a long time are especially at risk. Information about this has recently been found in the release notes of the Chrome M94 version. It clearly states that the next update to Chrome will roll out the browser sync feature on Chrome M48 or earlier Chrome versions. As a result, those who have a habit of saving passwords and bookmarking any site in their browser will have difficulty in the future.
Confirming the above, Google also said that if the Chrome M96 version is released on the Stable Channel, the sync feature will not work on other older Chrome versions, including the M48. As a result, users of those versions will not be able to sync any of their account details, passwords, bookmarks or history.
So now the question is, is there any way for Chrome users to keep the sync feature working? The only thing they can do is update the old Chrome version. The sooner they do this, the better. This is because the sync feature in their browsers will be disabled as soon as the Chrome M96 version is released. So Google has suggested an immediate browser update on their community page.
Please be informed that Chrome M96 version may be released on Stable Channel very soon. Chrome users do not need to follow any complicated procedure to update to the latest version. Because Chrome browser updates are done automatically in the background. However, in this case, there is also the option of manual update.

- An orange notification mark will appear in the upper right. This indicates the availability of new updates.
- Now, if you click on the orange notification mark, you will see more than one option menu on the computer screen. Choose the Google Chrome Update option from here.
