The Huawei P50 Pocket is set to launch on December 23 as Huawei’s first clamshell phone with a foldable screen. A few important facts about the device came out before the official launch. Midravers Huawei P50 reports the original specification of the pocket. That said, this foldable flip phone won’t support 5G networks, which is really amazing.
P50 Pocket Specification
According to reports, the P50 Pocket will come with a 6.8-inch internal primary display and a 1-inch secondary display. Nothing is known about the design of the internal display. This clamshell device will be powered by Kirin 9000 chipset will not be provided with 5G modem.

The back panel of the Huawei P50 pocket will have three cameras – a 50-megapixel main camera (Sony IMX6) + a 13-megapixel ultraviolet camera and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera that will support 3x optical zoom. Although there is no information about the resolution of the selfie camera in the Huawei P50 pocket.
The P50 pocket will have a 4,100 mAh battery for power backup, which will offer longer battery life. The battery of the device will have fast charging option. An 8 watt charger can be found in the retail box of the phone.
Note that at the launch event on December 23, Huawei will announce a few more devices in addition to the foldable smartphone with clamshell design. Notable among these are Watch D Smartwatch, Smart Glass, Notebook Laptop.
