Xiaomi’s subsidiary Mi brand has already gained worldwide popularity for creating fitness bands in the budget range. Now the company is going to bring a successor to Mi Smart Band 6 which was launched last year. It is speculated that Mi smart Band 7 may hit the market soon. Because various information about the smart band has already started coming to the fore.
According to the report of XDAdevlopers, the upcoming smart band with codename was first seen in Xiaomi’s MI app. There the code name of MI Smart Band 6 is L66 and its model numbers are M2129B and M2130B1. Not only the model number but also some features of the new MI Smart Band 8 have come to the fore. It comes with a 192×490 pixel resolution display. In addition to the Always On Display support, it will have multiple watch faces and a variety of workout modes ranging from aerobics to jumbo. The report also says that the upcoming smart band may have inbuilt GPS support.
Even the Mi smart Band 7-wearable may have a smart alarm feature that will wake you up 30 minutes before the user-set alarm. Lastly, this fitness tracker can have power-saving mode to extend the battery life.
