At the end of January last year, the Motorola Moto G Pro became the company’s first phone to receive the Android 11 update. And just a year later, this Motorola handset again received the first Android 12 update from the company. Incidentally, the Motorola Moto G Pro phone was launched in May 2020 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 85 processor. It has a triple camera with a 4,000 mAh battery and a 48-megapixel primary sensor.
The Motorola Moto G Pro is again the company’s first Android 12 updated device.
Motorola has rolled out the Android 12 stable update for the Moto G Pro phone in the UK, according to a report by XDA Developers. The latest software update for this phone (XT2043-7) comes with build number S0PR32.44-11-8.
In that case, if you are a Motorola Moto G Pro user, go to Phone Settings> System> Advanced> System Update to check for new software updates. Please note that not all users can get the Android 12 update at once. Some users will receive this update earlier, others may have to wait. Because the update is being rolled out in batches.
By the way, Motorola’s new and expensive smartphones before the two-year-old Moto G Pro models have access to the Android 12 update, because it is part of the Android One program. However, Motorola Moto G Pro will not get any more Android updates in the future, but will continue to get safety patches for about a year. This phone is also known as Moto G Stylus in the US, but this variant of the device is not suitable for Android 12, as it is not a part of Android 12.

Note that now that Motorola has launched the Android 12 update rollout, it is expected that many more handsets of the company will get this software update soon.
