According to the company’s feature tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is now testing the WhatsApp Group Poll feature. In addition, the company has been testing the Message Reaction for a long time, which will allow users to respond to a message via emoji.
Advantages of WhatsApp Group Poll
Voting will be available in the WhatsApp group after the new update. This feature is already in Telegram. In that case, the poll feature is now being tested in the iOS beta version of WhatsApp. Although it is not yet clear when the feature will be released to the public.
Meanwhile, WABetaInfo also shared a screenshot of the new feature. According to the screenshot, group admins will start voting soon and other members will be able to participate. In this case, the new poll feature will be encrypted end-to-end.
New feature of WhatsApp Desktop
