The Oppo F21 series was rumored to be launched in India ahead of the Diwali festival this year. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Some of the smartphone lovers around the world are blaming the supply crisis of semiconductors as the possible reason behind it. However, with the release of a new report, they can see the light of hope. The new report claims that the F21 series will be launched by March next year. Needless to say, the upcoming series will be the successor to the F19.
The Oppo F21 series is expected to launch in India next March
A report from 91Mobiles claims that the F21 series will hit the country by the end of the first quarter of 2022. To be clear, the phones in the F21 lineup will be officially launched next March. However, the report does not say which phones will be launched under this series. Note that three phones were launched under the F19 series – Oppo F19, Oppo F19 Pro, and Oppo F19 Pro +.
Meanwhile, the report further said that the upcoming F series phones should look better than the recently launched Oppo Reno 7 series. Our guess is that at the beginning, two models of the Oppo F21 series might be available to Indian consumers. Models can be priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000.
It is not known what specifications and features the Oppo F21 series phone will come with. However, the market trends can be assumed to offer 5G connectivity. The current generation Oppo F19 series arrived in India last March. The F19 Pro and F19 Pro were first released. A month later, the base variant, the F19, debuted in India. The only Pro + variant of the three phones had 5G support.
