Poko’s new Five-G smartphone, the company’s first model in the new year, the POCO X4 5G is expected to launch this month. Increasing speculation, the device has already been spotted on multiple certification sites. Just last month, POCO X4 5G was listed on the SIRIM certification site in Malaysia. And now, according to a popular tipstar, it has been cleared by the NBTC of Thailand. This indicates that the POCO X4 5G is set to make its debut in February.

According to a tweet from tipstar Abhishek Yadav, Poco X4 5G with model number 2201116PG is listed on the site of Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
However, the NBTC’s listing did not reveal any information about the Poco X4 5G’s hardware specifications. Note that the Poco phone with model number 2201116PG (G means Global Market) was recently seen on the TDRA certification platform under the name Poco X4 Pro 5G. As a result, TDRA’s list appears to have some errors. Meanwhile, various reports have claimed that model number 2201116PI (I means India or India) of the Poco X4 5G coming to India is the model number of the Indian variant.
The POCO X4 5G is also rumored to be a rebranded version of the global variant of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. As seen before with the Redmi-Poco rebranded phones. Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and POCO X4 5G are expected to have no differences in terms of features. However, the design of the back panel of the POCO X4 5G is going to be different
Poco X4 5G Expected Specifications
As a rebranded model of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G (Global), the Poco X4 5G may come with a 6.8-inch Full HD + Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
For photography, the back panel of this phone can have a 106 megapixel (primary) + 8 megapixels (ultra wide) + 2 megapixels (macro) triple camera setup.
The front of the Poco X4 5G comes with a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. The device may have Android 11 and MIUI 13 pre-installed. The Poco X4 5G can come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. It can be found in a maximum of 8 GB RAM and up to 256 storage variants.

Note that Poco has not yet launched a smartphone in the new year. In that case, the POCO X4 5G will be the company’s first phone this year, which could launch in several countries, including India, earlier this month.
