After a long wait next week, Realm is set to launch its upcoming Realme 9 Pro smartphone series in the Indian market. The Realme 9 Pro 5G and Realme 9 Pro + 5G included in this series will be unveiled on February 18. The launch event will be held at 1:30 pm (local time). Over the last few months, a lot of information has come out from different quarters about these smartphones. However, before the launch, the retail box pictures of both the Realme 9 Pro series phones have come out, which has revealed some more information including the price of the two models.
The leak is a picture of the retail box of Realme 9 Pro 5G and Realme 9 Pro + 5G
Equal Leaks has published a picture of the retail box of two new Realm phones with model numbers RMX3472 and RMX3393. Earlier reports revealed that the RMX3472 model number belongs to the Realm 9 Pro 5G, while the RMX3393 model number is associated with the Realm 9 Pro Plus 5G model. The retail box of these phones is said to include a handset, a charger, a USP data cable, a SIM ejector tool, a protective phone case, a quick guide and a safety guide.
On the other hand, the pictures of the upcoming Realm smartphones are also known from the pictures in the retail box. It is learned that Realm 9 Pro 5G will be priced at Rs 18,999 in the Indian market. On the other hand, the Realm 9 Pro Plus 5G phone will be priced at Rs 24,999. Presumably, this price is for the base variant of the two phones. However, keep in mind that the prices quoted in these retail boxes are the maximum retail price (MRP) of smartphones and usually the actual price of any device at launch is kept below MRP. So it is expected that both the devices will come to the market at a lower price than the ones mentioned in their respective boxes. It is estimated that the base variants of Realm 9 Pro 5G and Realm 9 Pro Plus 5G at launch will be priced at around Rs 18,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively. However, the authenticity of the pictures in the leaked retail box has not been verified. So time will judge the accuracy of the information that emerges from the pictures.
Realme 9 Pro 5G Expected Specifications
The Realm 9 Pro 5G phone will have a 6.59 inch full HD + IPS LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. This phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. The Realm 9 Pro 5G phone will come with 6GB / 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
For photography, a triple camera unit will be provided on the back panel of the device. It will have a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Besides, a 16-megapixel selfie camera will be provided in front of the phone.
For power backup, the Realme 9 Pro 5G phone comes with a 5,000 mAh battery with 33-watt fast charging support. Most likely, this device will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Realme 9 Pro + 5G Expected Specifications
According to earlier reports, the Realm 9 Pro Plus 5G will feature a 6.43-inch full-HD + Super AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimension 920 processor and will come with 8GB / 8GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB storage.
For photography, the Realme 9 Pro + 5G phone will have a triple rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel secondary sensor and another 2-megapixel sensor. Besides, a 16-megapixel selfie sensor will be provided in front of the phone.
For power backup, this phone will have a 4,500 mAh battery with 85-watt fast charging support. It will also feature a heart rate sensor and an in-display fingerprint scanner. After all, the Realme 9 Pro + 5G will come with a color-changing rear shell.
