The first handset in the Redmi K50 series, the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition has already been launched in China. Xiaomi is expected to roll out the other three smartphones in the series, the Redmi K50, Redmi K50, and Redmi K50 Pro + models soon. Today, ending all speculation, they announced the launch date of the new smartphones in the Redmi K50 series.
According to a teaser shared by the company, the devices in the Redmi K50 series will debut on March 18. The poster confirms that one of them will have at least a 108-megapixel triple rear camera with dual-LED flash. Besides, Xiaomi has not released any other information.
Note that the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor was launched in China last month. The news is that the upcoming K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro + models will use Snapdragon 870, Density 8100, and Density 9000 chipsets, respectively.

As previously reported from the Tena Authority listing, the Redmi K50 and K50 Pro + will come in three memory configurations – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. On the other hand, Tipstar Whitelabel claims that the Redmi K50 Pro + may have a 108-megapixel sensor with OIS support as the main camera. The Redmi K50 will not support OIS even if it comes with the same camera.
