Zinga, the maker of the popular game Farmville, is being acquired by Take-Two, the maker of another popular video game, Grand Theft Auto. The acquisition will be completed at a cost of about দশ 12.6 billion, Engadget said.

Recently J.P. Take-Two has received an investment of ৭ 2.8 billion from Morgan. With the money from this investment, Take-Two will pay the rest of the money needed to buy Zinga from its own pocket.
