As always, this year’s update to Xiaomi’s Android-based custom interface has been the first to be released on smartphones sold in the company’s domestic market. In early January, Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Lite 5G handsets in China started offering Android 12 based MIUI 13 stable updates. And now the international variants of the devices have also started getting that stable update.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Lite 5G smartphones sold outside of China have finally got the Android 12 based MIUI 13 stable update live. Significantly, Xiaomi’s latest software update is available in a variant of the devices. For example – the ‘EEA’ (European Economic Area) variant for Mi 11 and the ‘Global’ variant of Mi 11 Lite 5G.
The MIUI 13 update on Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Lite 5G models comes with V13.0.1.0.SKBEUXM and V13.0.2.0.SKBEUXM build numbers, respectively. Regional variants of the phones are also expected to release Android 12 based MIUI 13 soon.

The aforementioned software builds are now in the ‘stable beta’ phase due to release. In other words, as a result of rolling out batches, it has reached a few users. However, it is hoped that in the future it will be available to all users.
